Half the monthly fee for four months. You save €376 compared with the standard price.

Prices exclude VAT. Meta's WhatsApp message fees are invoiced separately at cost. Extra conversations €0.10 each. No fixed term: you can stop at any time, and we hand over your content and data.

Common questions about the pilot
How much does a website and WhatsApp chatbot cost?
In the pilot, setup is €990 and the monthly fee is €95 for the first four months. After that it is €189/month. Prices exclude tax.
Can AI answer guests' questions reliably?
Yes, when it only uses information your team has approved. If the assistant does not know the answer, it says so and hands over to a person or asks for contact details.
What happens after four months?
The service continues at €189/month. We remind you of the price change in advance. You can also stop without a penalty, and we hand over your content and data.
Do you already have customers in Denmark?
Not yet, which is why we are offering a pilot. We have built our own products, PulseCosta and Nordovi, in Spain. We are now looking for our first companies in Denmark.
Where is my data stored?
The model runs on Novitum's servers in the EU. WhatsApp and other external channels use their own providers. Processors are agreed before setup, and we sign a data processing agreement.
Does the EU AI Act affect a chatbot?
Yes: users must be told they are talking to AI. Our assistants always say so. This is general information, not legal advice.
Is Novitum based in Denmark?
No. Novitum Technologies OÜ is an Estonian company based in Tallinn. We invoice in euros and work with Danish customers in English.
